We all have those days where we feel slumped… I know that sometimes I would rather take a nap than do my workouts but this particular juice gives you so much energy, it’s packed full of goodness and vitamins it’s the perfect healthy, pick me up. It’s fresh, it tastes amazing (I especially love cherries) and I felt so energised for my run I completely forgot why I felt slumped.

Invigorate

I drink this after my workouts to re charge my body’s energy and strength. I especially love matcha in everything so I think this smoothie is super yummy and who doesn’t love a green juice?!

Overall I like the whole range of innocent smoothies, they all have amazing properties and added benefits. If you don’t have time to make your own then these are perfect.
